1. Introduction

Welcome to Pineapplefx Ltd, a forex trading platform where you can invest and earn a significant return on investment. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Pineapplefx Ltd, including its website, mobile applications, and other related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Pineapple FX platform.
• "PineWallet" refers to the wallet feature on the platform where users can deposit and withdraw funds.
• "PineVest" refers to the investment feature on the platform where users can invest funds and earn returns.
• "ROI" refers to Return on Investment, which in this case is a 20% - 80% return on the capital invested through any of the various PineVest packages.

3. Eligibility

To use Pineapplefx Ltd, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Registration: Users must create an account to access Pineapplefx Ltd’s services. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed as your actions, and Pineapplefx Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. PineWallet Services

• Deposits: Users can deposit funds into PineWallet via bank transfers or crypto transfers (USDT).
• Withdrawals: Users can withdraw funds from PineWallet to their bank account or crypto wallet (USDT) at any time.
• Availability: PineWallet is always open for users to manage their deposits and withdrawals.

6. PineVest Services

• Investments: After depositing funds into PineWallet, users can transfer the amount they wish to invest into PineVest.
• Investment Window: PineVest is open from the 30th of every month at 12:00 am until the 2nd of the next month at 12:00 am, for the two months and three months plans the same rules apply after the investment tenure. Investments are locked and inaccessible until the next opening period.
• Returns: On the 30th of the month at 12:00 am, the ROI for the various PineVest packages return to your PineWallet as far as that’s the end of the investment tenure, also any applicable referral bonus is automatically moved to the user's PineWallet.
• Capital Management: Users can choose to move their initial capital from PineVest to PineWallet for withdrawal or leave it in PineVest for continued investment.

7. Referral Program

• Referral Bonus: Pineapplefx Ltd offers a 0.5% referral bonus for users who refer others to the platform.
• Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred user must complete the registration process and invest in the PineVest.

8. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: Pineapplefx Ltd collects personal information from users during the registration process and while using the platform. This includes but is not limited to name, email address, contact details, and financial information.
• Use of Data: The data collected is used to provide and improve the services offered by Pineapplefx Ltd, including processing transactions, customer support, and sending updates about the platform.
• Data Protection: Pineapplefx Ltd implements security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, users acknowledge that no system can be completely secure, and Pineapplefx Ltd cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Third-Party Sharing: Pineapplefx Ltd may share user data with third-party service providers for the purpose of delivering services (e.g., payment processing). Such third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• User Rights: Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information stored by Pineapplefx Ltd. Requests for data access or deletion should be directed to the platform's customer support team.

9. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the Pineapplefx Ltd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Pineapplefx Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
• License to Use: Pineapplefx Ltd grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these terms.
• Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform or its content without the express written consent of Pineapplefx Ltd. Unauthorized use of the platform may result in termination of the user’s account and legal action.

10. Customer Support and Communication

• Support Channels: Pineapplefx Ltd offers customer support through email. Users can reach out for assistance with account issues, transaction queries, and general platform inquiries.
• Response Time: Pineapplefx Ltd strives to respond to all customer inquiries within 24-48 hours. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of requests.
• Communication Preferences: Users can set their communication preferences, including how they receive updates and notifications from Pineapplefx Ltd (e.g., email, SMS). Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Record Keeping: Pineapplefx Ltd maintains records of all communications between users and the support team for quality assurance and training purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

12. Amendments

Pineapplefx Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

• Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Pineapplefx Ltd support.
• Termination by Pineapplefx Ltd: Pineapplefx reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

14. Liability and Indemnity

• Limitation of Liability: Pineapplefx Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pineapplefx Ltd, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to their use of the platform.

15. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Pineapple FX and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Risk Disclosure

• Market Risk: Forex trading involves significant risk, including the possibility of losing a significant portion of your capital but using a strategic approach and quality risk management the chance of this happening is very slim. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• No Guarantees: Pineapplefx Ltd does not guarantee 100% certainty outcomes or returns. But from our trading data and data from our trading strategy the promise of our various PineVest returns have a high chance of playing out so Users should only invest funds they can afford to lose, that is why we have a max investment of $2,000.
• Account Suspension: Accounts suspected of engaging in illegal activities, such as money laundering, will be suspended immediately, pending investigation.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, Pineapplefx Ltd requires that the name used during the sign-up process (your legal government name) must match the name associated with the bank account or crypto wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Any account where discrepancies are found between the registered name and the account holder's name will be flagged for review. If the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering, it may be temporarily suspended for further investigation. In cases where unlawful activities are confirmed, the account will be permanently disabled, and necessary actions may be taken in accordance with Nigerian law.

17. Fees and Charges

• Transaction Fees: Pineapplefx Ltd may charge fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly communicated to the user before the transaction is completed.
• Service Fees: Pineapplefx Ltd reserves the right to charge service fees for the use of certain features on the platform. Any such fees will be disclosed to the user in advance.
